Simplicity is not only important for writing but also for working (Apple knows) or living. It is not a matter of organization but a question of avoiding cluttering. Below you have a recent example. I hope you do not find it too naive because I feel it is more than a simple anecdote.

These days I am staying at my brother's house (thanks, Miqui!) since I am moving to Texas in August. Therefore, he have lent me his keys:

I realize some BE users are waiting for a language interchange. We have a long break here in Spain so I am taking advantage of it to update learning buddies. Meanwhile, I recommend that you write and write again!

Puedes subir una imagen directamente como un archivo adjunto e incluso introducirla en el cuerpo de tu entrada. ¿Cómo?
1) Pulsa en el menú "File attachments" situado debajo del formulario de entrada y selecciona la imagen de tu disco duro. Súbela.
2) Copia la url proporcionada para tu imagen. No la selecciones como "List".
3) Pulsa en el icono de las imágenes situado encima del formulario de entrada, a la izquierda. Pega la url de tu imagen.
Nota: existe un límite para el tamaño de la imagen. Redúcela si el servidor no te permite subir la foto.

Bueno, el cuatrimestre termina y los alumnos subgraduados de Middlebury (en el menú de la izquierda) escriben sus últimas entradas. Son conmovedoras. Sin embargo, la vida sigue su curso....

¿Qué novedad presenta el hipertexto?

Según la RAE, en su vigesimosegunda edición, el hipertexto es aquel "texto que contiene elementos a partir de los cuales se puede acceder a otra información". Si bien, de acuerdo al avance de la vigesimotercera edición, ahora es un "conjunto estructurado de textos, gráficos, etc., unidos entre sí por enlaces y conexiones lógicas".

La verdad es que no entiendo la nueva definición. La primera es más clara.

Finally I finished my paper about Blogs-Exchange (BE). Well, to be accurate, I have not finished it since I believe reports must be not only a complete and conclusive work but also a work in progress. Therefore, I want to publish here my "memoria de investigación" in order to get your comments (human beings: we are not much more than genes & feedback...think about it).

Just a recommendation for teachers who want to use blogs in/for their classes:

I just want to share with you and idea I read at Barbara Sawhill blog. She is talking about her colleague Barbara Ganley (from Middlebury College in Vermont) and describe her as "the queen of slow blogging (borrowing the term from the slow food movement)".

Brilliant. Slow blogging. Just few posts per week but deep or relevant posts.

There is no successful technology without creativity. More importanly, if you are working os researching about education with Information and Communication Technologies (TICs in Spanish), I recommend that you think every day -every second- about your project or research relevance in pedagogical terms.

What do you think about this graphic, Brandon? I think they did not worked so much on Judaism (as I see) but the rest is superb!

I am reading an article about Generation Q by Friedman in the New York Times. At the first paragraph I did not understand this word: baffled, so I double click over it trying to use my babylon dictionary (my bad; I did not renewed my subscription since I believe or I believed may exist a similar free off line dictionary...).

There is no music. Just language and culture learning. Every wednesday at Cafe Madrid (Metro Opera, Escalinata Street). Around 9-10 pm. I recommend you to go early for getting a table.
